There's no substitution for these peppers in a recipe, they provide an earthy pepper taste that goes well with other flavored peppers. Great quality, happy with my purchase and will be buying again.

Very good to add to stuff
These are great to add to pickled products and then they come to life. Hot for most people, but these are great. You can see them cross the border in large trucks headed up from Mexico if you live in the border states.

Great peppers.
Peppers are described. Tried and ready to use a new recipe. Very good quality. Great food with great flavor. Highly recommended. My wife loved them in her Mexican dishes. I'll be buying these again.
