I have used Wella for the past 4 years and loved it! It was by far the best smelling and made my hair amazingly soft and shiny! I am disappointed that they have changed the product! I wish they would bring back the original and give people an option between the 2. Please please bring back the original Wella!!!!!!
The old formula smelled amazing, like fresh picked apples. The scent would cling to my hair for days and I would get compliments all the time. The new formula is horrible, it smells like artificial lime candie. Wella, please bring back the old formula!
So disappointed that I can no longer buy my favourite shampoo and that it's been replaced with this invigo one. I loved everything about the original one, the scent was gorgeous and my hair felt fuller, shinier and bouncier after using it but this one is nothing like it. It's ridiculous to feel so strongly about a shampoo, I do realise that but here we are. I literally hate the new one! I HATE IT!!!!
I struggled for years trying to find something that didn't make my extremely fine hair oily and I thought I had finally found it with Wella Brilliance which was recommended to me by my wonderful stylist. When I bought new bottles from my salon on my last visit she informed me the formula had changed but I tried it anyway. I am incredibly disappointed with the changes. The new formula feels like it doesn't entirely rinse out of my hair and it leaves it limp and oily even when freshly washed. The old scent was also much nicer. Please bring it back!
The previous formula was a lifesaver for my fine hair! Have been using it for years. This new formula leaves my hair SO dry. I can't believe the drastic change in quality. Bring back the old formula! I'm sad to say I will have find another brand until then.
Sounds like a lot of people agree--the new lime caviar version of shampoo is not good!! It has left my hair feeling greasy and weighed down. I used the old formula for years. I'll be trying different brands unless Wella changes back to its old formula!!
Went to my local store as usual to get the huge bottles and the lady told me it had changed I said whatever purchased it since I use wella and so does my hairdresser. Makes my hair feel gross and the smell is nasty. I was so lucky my hair dresser had 3 left for sale. Please please bring back the old formula it's the only shampoo that works on my hair.
Why in the world did you change the formula? I used the Wella Brillance shampoo for years and loved it! It made my hair look great and it smelled so good! I absolutely hate the smell of the new formula and the shampoo weighs my hair down. I am beyond disappointed. PLEASE bring back the old formula!! Meanwhile, you've lost a customer.
I have been using the original Wella brilliance shampoo for fine/normal hair for years and love it! The best shampoo I've ever used. I was so disappointed when I went purchase a bottle and was told it has been discontinued and replaced the new Invigo line. I did buy a bottle to try and it is awful. It doesn't have a pleasant scent and it dried my hair out. I returned for a refund. Why did they mess with perfection? Please bring back the old formula..please!
I have used Wella brilliance for YEARS, and purchased two new bottles to replace my old ones. I thought it was just new packaging - but the entire scent has changed! I just can't bring myself to use it. And I can't find anyone else that has the original formula! It looks like I'll be finding myself a new shampoo tomorrow, so I can ration what's left of my old Wella for special occasions.
