The Futon is a nice product for its value, very firm.

i only needed an extra place to sleep a few times a year and price was a factor. looks nice and will fill the bill.

front leg broke off after 2 weeks and the wood is damaged. Is not very comfortable even for a futon, back adjustment is not great %26 when assembling a lot of the measurements were slightly off and made it difficult.

This item arrived late firstly. Secondly, upon arriving, it was completely defective. Screws were missing and the screws that were included did not even fit into any holes. We had to purchase our own tools and screws to even assemble this futon. The instructions weren't clear from the get go and we had to figure it out on our own. Even the cup holder compartment is flimsy. It has good potential but it's a shame with how low quality it is after being put together. Only reason we didn't return it is because we managed to salvage it and it serves its purpose in the kids room, which is why I'm giving it 2-3 stars. If this futon were for any other purchase or room, it would have been returned immediately. Thank you Walmart for giving me a 25% refund from the issues we had.

Purchased 2 of these futons, 1 was ok but the other was missing hardware/screws so had to go to homedepot and buy my own. After assembled and only 1 week of use 2 of the legs broke(not the ones installed with the screws I bought separately) and the usb ports on both of them disconnect and connect on its own. Really disappointed, wouldn't recommend,
