light weight
I bought it for self-defense. It's wonderful super lightweight as for hitting balls and things good for tennis balls and things like that, but I wouldn't use it at the batting cages.

Great Bat for a Beginner
Small and light weight for small hands just learning how to swing a bat. Grip is sufficient, bat length comes up to a 6/7 year old's hip...which is the correct length. Colors are bright and not faded. Kids seem to enjoy the bat and begin their baseball fondness. Would recommend for new younger players.

Solid bat
Good solid bat. Great for my pre-teen. We have been using for family fun.

It was alright, maybe not the best option
The receiver of this gift said that it is quite lightweight, but the rubber on the handle does slip off! It also dents real easy

Save your money, get something a bit more quality
We weren't sure if our daughter would play softball next year or not so I didn't want to drop a ton of cash on a new bat for this season after she outgrew her old on. First time at bat she fouled one off, barely hit it and dented the bat. What a piece of junk!

Accurate
Sturdy bat, yet the grip tape falls off leaving the grip sticky until washed.
