This is my first sampling of this product. I am very pleased so far. It is very easy to take, just 6 capsules with water. You can take once or twice daily. I like the fact that it has probiotics, herbs, and enzyme support all in one convenient product. I feel better while taking it, and it hasn't been very long since I began.
