Can't say anything bad, but also can't really say anything good. It is what it says it is I don't notice anything with taking it, no negative side effects. I was previously using BlueBonnet, which was a little more costly. My fault, I didn't read that they were tablets. I prefer capsules. For that reason alone I would be buying something else

Greta product with no extra junk in it
I had to find an alternative to my prescription folic acid because of an allergy to the inactive ingredients included. Not with these - no extra junk

I like these tablets because they are little and easy to swallow and love the fact that they are certified organic and with very few ingredients.

organic folic acid
this is the only ORGANIC WHOLE FOOD folic acid I have ever found- swanson is the cheapest by far on the internet,,,their customer service rocks! been on it a few weeks....not sure of the efficacy, but i havent had any side effects from it, which is good since i react to everything!

FBiotics Organic Folate
So glad I found that you carried this product. I really like Future Biotics products and am very pleased with this organic Folate. Most folate (folic acid) is synthetic which is worse than not taking it at all.
