This seems to be really good what multivitamin but if you take all three you're getting too much zinc?? One would have to just get blood work done and see what their sink level is

Been using it for over 10 years now! Has never failed in fueling me in the grueling & heavy electrical field. Only wish they would sell at Vitamin Shoppe again. People need to just know about it more & they would know & feel the difference. Thanks & keep up the great work FUTUREBIOTICS!!!

I purchased without knowing anything and found Futurebiotics Hi Energy Multivitamin for Men to give me long lasting energy & improved brain function;these pills contain the performance enhancing Rhodiola artic root,I like to smash a tablet & add to juice or almond milk - try these at once if you are fascinated;
