Works for me!
I've been taking these pills, one a day, for 3 weeks. They are an excellent appetite suppressent. I'm on a protein and vegetable diet and so far I've lost 9 lbs. I've been making cakes, brownies, apple crisp and more for my husband and I'm not even tempted to eat any of it. I can only attribute it to the raspberry keytone.

Seems to work
I really like the addition of green tea to these raspberry ketones. I'm can't be 100% sure they're affecting my weight loss, but I can say I've been horrible about my diet the last month or so, and while taken these I haven't gained a pound. I'm sure with a healthy diet and exercise they would be much more effective.

Good Product
I have been on these vitamins/weight loss supplements for a little over a month and I do find that they help with diet and exercise. However you do have to stay persistent in taking them.

Not Sure Why?
I have not lost any weight so I dont think they work. I eat around 1200-1500 calories a day and work out four times a week.
