Wonderful

I have a stressful job and life gets demanding. I love this product as it is very effective to taking away tension and helping me relax. I feel almost immediately the difference in my mood and I can handle the rest of the day. The price is the best I found and Swanson is always gets my orders to me quickly. I find this product does everything that was advertised.

Best product I've tried for stress
I've used this product for years and have also recommended it to others- even giving it as gifts! It helps me feel calmer but still able to focus. I do wish the packaging size had more capsules in it; the bottle could easily fit more than twice as much and would be a much better value although as always, Swanson does have the best price (except for the first time I tried it when I found it at a warehouse store).

Awesome Supplement
I only notice that this supplement works when I forget to take it for a couple days. It is a subtle support that really helps to calm the adrenal glands and has helped me control the effects stress on my body and emotions. I feel so much better when taking this! Just to note -- I don't find that the recommended dose works. I take 2 servings 2x a day for my needs.
