I took it as directed. I did not notice any difference. Do I need more than a month? I was saddened - as I always liked Futurebiotics products. I did not reorder.

Memory Improvement?
I purchased this for my husband he took this daily until the bottle was empty, he didn't miss a day, he said he felt "no improvement". I know futurebiotics has great products. This didnt work for him, but may work for you:)
