We have ordered this product for a while and like not only the main ingredients but even the fillers compared to some. We take this along side of vitamin D and magnesium for many health benefits and reasons, but mainly to help make sure calcium goes to the proper areas of the body.

This MK-7 form of K2 is eseential for easy absorption of a key vitamin. i take, Vitmain D3 becasue of autoimmune diseases. Vitmin K2 is esential to take with D3 to ensure that teh calcium is moderated and not deposited in the heart, brain etc. i also have hyperparathryroidism which means i have excess of calcium in the blood and tissues so I was delighted to see the research taht suggests K2 helps. My last calcium serum levels were a bit down but they normally fluctuat anyway so I will ahve to wait and see if it stays lower. ... but I was taking much more Vit D so i can at least say it is certainly keeping the calcium in check
