Swanson has the best prices. Along with the white kidney bean extract I take 7-Keto and Raspberry Ketones. I seem to go back to eating like I did in my 40's and am not gaining weight anymore. I am 67 years old and never had a weight problem but after tunring 62 it seemed every little bit extra I ate I was putting on weight. If I cut back I could probably lose a few pounds, I wouldn't want to lose more than 7-8 pounds though. I get all of these products from Swanson and they seem to have the best price over other companies. Also I just noticed Swanson started handling PB-2 powdered peanut butter. If you love peanut butter it is only 45 calories per serving and is good.

I'm taken this supplement because I eat a lot of carbs. Haven't been taken long enough yet to know if it is helping but I have high hopes. Swansons supplements are of good value and with great prices.

It reduced Appetite in the first few days. Overall good product. I would like to learn about its other benefits besides appetite suppression

I received this product with nearly have the quantity missing. Worse yet, the supplier AmericaRx only wanted to refund half the purchase price. I had to escalate the issue through Walmart and file a BBB complaint before I received a full refund. Walmart handled the process quickly and very professionally. I will never by another product supplied by AmericaRx again!

Used to use another brand that I liked. Thought I'd try this. This one doesn't do the same things for me that the other did. Not sure how it helps with starch blocking; I used it for improving stool consistency and transit time.
