Our first one was a small 3x5 that was at our entry. Our puppies ate it and we were bummed. When we decided to get a new dining room rug, we thought about it for about 3 seconds and got th the 8x8. It's soft but thick. I can't take a star away for not being immune to dog chewing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rug is thicker and softer to the touch than I expected. It's thick, but not plush which worked nicely because we purchased it for an office and the rolling chair easily glides over the surface and feels nice underfoot too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this rug! It is sturdy and my two dogs haven't been able to get any strands loose on it! The only thing is that it does have that "earthy" feel which causes there to be a few loose strands, but it's fine.

We ordered 3 of these rugs in various colors and sizes and love them. The are very high quality yet really soft and comfortable. They are showing no signs of wear since March 2021 - even with 2 kids and a dog, and they are holding up like new with our Roomba. Would definitely recommend.

I brought this in the runner and it's absolutely beautiful. It laid perfectly the minute I unrolled it. However, I can tell that there was a mishap when they cut it, but it's so unnoticeable. I order the black and cream. I can't say enough about it.

Very durable! It adds warmth to my room and is very comfortable under foot. I've had this same style in the runner size for almost a year, and it has held up very well for everyday use. I have a 120lb. dog who walks, and rests on it and there are no signs of wear. I highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this rug and it looks great in our kitchen. It’s really firm and therefore none of the food dropped on it doesn’t stain or soak in. The only reason it is 4 stars instead of 5 is that any time you vacuum this rug it takes half a vacuum full of orange and white fibers. It doesn’t seem to be affecting it thus far, but I’m concerned about the rug falling apart overtime.

I just received the rug so i can't say too much BUT the pink is much darker than the picture online. Online it looks like a very pale pink but in person it's more of a dark pink bordering on barbie pink. I have noticed some shedding, something that's normal, but I am hoping it decreases with vacuuming.

It’s a beautiful rug and initially when I bought it, the rug was very full and thick. Every time I vacuum this rug, my canister is overflowing with shedding fibers from this rug. I can dump the canister and start over again, and the same exact thing. I’m in complete disbelief that such an expensive rug can have such poor quality. There’s also lots of fraying in this rug and I’m starting to see bald spots. I don’t believe this rug will last very long and I am extremely disappointed.

The rug looks great and feels wonderful under foot. The issue is that I accidentally spilled a bit of my plain drinking water on it and there is a dark spot. Not sure if the backing colour leaked through? It was about a tablespoon of plain water and now I stare at this dirty looking spot. Disappointing!
