Its built to sturdy and easy to move . Just what we needed

We have not assembled it yet, but will when puppy homecoming day arrives in 4 weeks. We hope to use some panels to block off rooms

Ordered two sets. Got one. Package was horrible. Items missing and someone had used, missing parts and bent. Someone used it than returned it. The other one came two weeks late but was new.

2 out of the 8 panels were bent when they arrived, despite the shipping box being undamaged. I contacted customer service and they gave me several options to choose from to solve the problem (panel replacement, partial refund, etc). I opted for a partial refund, and after responding to notify them of my decision, I have not heard back from them. It has been 3 weeks, I've attempted to contact them twice since, and still no response. I placed this order after reading several reviews of how great the customer service of FXW is, but after my experience I would definitely not order from them again.
