This company sent me a treadmill that was defective and did not work. It took 2 hours including the time it took to put it together to find out it does not work. Error Message read E7 loose wires. So it took Another hour to take it apart. The company does not want to send me a return label even though shipping was free. Customer Service was horrible. Nancy their rep says just dispose of it,which our complex does not allow, and I just had surgery and cant move it on my own. Now I have to pay to get it out of my house.Jon P in Walmart customer service says its not their product, so they cannot send Fedex to come and get it. It looks great on the picture, but trust me it is not worth the trouble. Walmart needs to hold their sellers accountable for dumping their defective products on their customers. I did not know it was a third party seller. What a waste of time and money!
