great treadmill for a slender person needing a treadmill! I am very active yet have wide hips so there is not a lot of wiggle room! All good other than that! Simple to set up has lasted quite a well.

I purchased this item with the intentions of speed, walking and running. Although this is a perfect size, very compact for small spaces. The ideal for this in my opinion would be for somebody that just wants to take a brisk walk or just do daily walking exercise.

I paid someone to put this together. The distance works good. The walking pad belt works good. Everything is working well except for it is not calculating the calories. I walk for a whole 30 minutes and it only calculates 2 cal. I walk every day at the YMCA, so I know that that cannot be correct. I contacted the company they say that I need to input my body height and weight. It does not allow me to do that if I return it now I'm gonna be out of $50 for assembly of having someone put this together. I've never seen a walking pattern a treadmill they did not keep track of calories. Does anyone else having this problem?

The quality is not good. I bought 2 and is trying to return the one that I didn't open. The seller is refusing to contact me. No communication at all.

I've had this treadmill for 5 months and the motor is already shot. I didn't use it everyday either. A new motor would cost more than a new treadmill. I will not be purchasing the same brand again

This is the worst product I have ever brought- we put it together to find out that all the parts don’t work. Tried to contact the shipper many times for a refund label and they want to give me the run around- please please don’t ever buy from FYC direct

I can't even use it turned on once shut down won't even work have asked for them to contact me and Walmart won't give their number directly

The wire was broken and it's imposible to contact the seller. also the store won't take it back even thou it says you can take it to the store. I am still waiting for a reply for an exchange or refund

This product is defective. The parts that are supposed to connect are off by enough that they can’t connect. The end caps won’t go in. Once we got the console to display the treadmill would not run. Spent hours installing for nothing because the only option now is to return it which will take more time and effort.
