The machine itself is nice however I have not been able use it because it arrived with no emergency key and the remote was cracked. I contacted the company and they said they would notify me when they ship my replacements. It's been 2 weeks and I just emailed them again this morning
Great Treadmill! But I specifically asked for it to be delivered to the backdoor because of my disabilities. It was not. It was layed on our very small front porch pushed up against the bottom of the screen door preventing it from been open therfore blocking a fire 🔥 exit!
