Was very disappointed after receiving this item and it not work. Contacted the company and was told to send a video showing it not working then was asked to remove the screws and motor cover to check all the wiring. I found this to be a bit ridiculous. I bought it but need to fix it myself somehow before I can use it. I asked several times for a refund and got no response. And product can not be returned thru Walmart, only thru the seller. Very dissatisfied don't waste you money.
I love that I'm able to easily use the treadmill and the size is just right.
