great security features, great music,games. movies
my son will love it it does need an extra part but we had it so its allgood i got the extra warrentee. i aleays do just in case of a manufactory defect so far it appears to be the best out there that has no phone or camera. Perfect for our needs .👍👍👍

Request for replacement
I like the performance of this device. I do not like that the charging port has come loose and unable to properly charge anymore and will need to request a replacement. Or refund if unable for replacement.

quality has gone downhill
this is my sons 2nd one. the first one was great until he broke the screen. this one is crap. he hasnt had it that long (2 months maybe) and the battery is shot. wont hold a charge. glad i paid the money for it.

sucks
slow and terrible to operate. struggled because we forgot the pin. no instructions with it and the videos, down a rabbit hole to find, talked about a separate app not suggested on their site or on the actual device. also keeps seizing up.
