It's an absolute Ripper of a chainsaw and it's cheaper than renting one and you own it. Fully recommend it a tree fell in a windstorm in my backyard approximately 14 in thick I had it all cut up and all the branches removed in about 10 minutes I'm really impressed that's something this inexpensive works this good!

It comes in a tool box which is very easy to carry around. It also comes with many accessories like gloves, safety glasses, three extra chains, two batteries. Which is a perfect combination and not too heavy to carry it. When come to cutting job, very sharp and fast. Very nice saw.

Do not buy warranty policy. They NEVER provide the info to include with gift. I wasted my money. What a rip-off!

Using this saw with the two batteries holding their original (out-of-the-box) charges was great. I was able to do a lot of sawing before the batteries ran out. After recharging the spent batteries, though--with the included charger that arrived with a crack in its housing--the saw works awfully. The saw shuts off every 2-3 seconds, with either 'recharged' battery. The saw starts right back up after cycling the trigger/button, but this on/off/on/off operation is quite frustrating. The saw DOES work decently (constantly) with the 24-V battery I still have from the similar, now-defunct saw that this one replaced. With that battery, the saw is fairly functional again. I'm lucky I had that old battery available!

it never worked... was sent a rotten instead of a new one, and they will not refund my money or accept return... horrible seller!!!!

Not worth buying barely cut a twig!

This saw never worked, so I returned it. cheaply made too.
