G-Shock FrontButton Analog Digital Resin Green watch

Got this from my son, he's into military and paintball and stuff and wanted a new watch. I figured he would like the green as it's more of a military color and a more rugged watch so I figured I would try the Casio G-Shock, very good choice. He really likes it, it's very rugged he loves the color he says it does all the functions he wants to do but it is not overly large and heavy. I've heard the G-Shock watches have a very good reputation of being well-built and Lasting a long time and taking a lot of abuse. And since it's a Casio watch you know it's going to be around for a while. Definitely recommend

For me this is a great addition to my watch collection. Technically this is a green color but I would say this is a camouflage. If you love and respect Army, you need to buy this watch. I bet, It would be a great street watch too. The watch itself is pretty awesome. A sturdy material all around, resin based strap and dial. This is a unique feature. The shockproof and water resistance features make it an excellent companion for many outdoor activities. It comes with many standard features like alarms, stop watch and themes to go with different occasions. The band looks interchangeable, though I have not tried to change it. If you are looking for rough and tough still stylish watch then this is your go to watch.

I've never owned a GShock watch before. I've owned Other name brand watches, and didn't know what to expect. It's for sure very durable and nice to have when working in the field rather than a metal watch that is prone to scratching. This watch goes everywhere with me, and I don't have to worry about it falling apart, at least so far! The time is easily readable and the dial to navigate through the watch is easy to use, especially for daylight savings! Nice watch for outside use!

I decided on the Army green and truly like the way it comes shipped in a decorative tin can and well protected. It's my first G-Shock so I had a little trouble setting up due to the fact that depending on lighting and angle it's hard to see. Strong & durable for any activities. Best feature is its basically waterproof and and shock proof. Mini flashlight is a cool bonus. Illumination light is on the weak side especially if you have bad eyesight. Overall you can't go wrong cause I think it will outlast me. Lol

This watch is absolutely gorgeous. I just love the color and how it fits my hand. It's big and beefy but not overbearing. The build quality is really good with shock absorbing structure and water resistance up-to 20 BAR. The strap is easy to wear, soft and super comfortable on your skin. Now let's talk about the negatives. The backlight on this watch is absolutely terrible. There is no way you can tell the time on this watch in dark because the backlight is terrible and even dials are not fluorescent. Also, not sure how much you use the stopwatch feature. But Certain time of the day the analog dials cover the digital reading, so you can't see the stopwatch readings. But I don't use stopwatch that much so I don't care.

This watch fits nice as I like big watches. It tells time with analog and digital displays and allows you to set up to 3 alarms. Very rugged, I purposefully dropped, smacked, and threw the watch and it still works great with no visible damage. My only gripe is the 1 led used to illuminate the bezel. It works yes but it's still a bit dark. Would have been nice to see the actual bezel or analog parts illuminate.

First of all this watch is very sturdy and well made. I love the color of the watch. But what I don't like is that it loses time... About every couple of weeks I have to adjust this watch because it has fallen behind about a minute and a half. And the second thing I don't like is the backlight... It is very fun and doesn't help at all when you try and use it in the dark. For those reasons I'm giving this watch 3 stars...

I really wanted to like this watch more, But. What's up with the night light? It is almost impossible to see the display when you press to illuminate the face to see what time it is at night. This watch will only be useful during daylight hours. This is a big and bulky watch for me, but it is really comfortable to wear all day. It just looks like it would be too heavy, but it is not. I like the look of the watch very much. I like the Army green color I choose. The buttons are big and easy to press. Sometimes the analog hands cover the digital display making it hard to read. It appears this watch was designed for looks more than functionality. This watch is very tuff. It is worn every day in all weather conditions. To make this watch 5 stars, it needs to be redesigned to remove all the clutter from the face to make the time easier to read and put a brighter night light. One last thing I wanted to mention. If the face of the watch gets dirty, it can be a pain to get it clean again because of all the nooks and crannies. I found the best tool to get the face of the watch clean again, is to use a Q-tip.

Ordered this watch at an unbelievable(obviously should've known better) price. Figured it was some kind of overstock situation or something like that. The watch I received was a Casio G-Shock GA-700UC-3ACR, not a bad watch mind you, but definitely not the watch I was expecting either. Not sure if Walmart doesn't have time, or even the desire to make sure this kind of thing doesn't happen, but I'm assuming they don't really care.
