The G20 works great as an inspection light. I work in quality for automotive production and this light is small enough for tight spaces, bright enough to reach all corners, and the battery life is fantastic. I used mine for about a year and a half before it was dropped and stopped functioning. I contacted Coast about their lifetime warranty, and they replaced it for free, no questions asked. I didnt even have to fiddle with sending in the old one. I have other coast products as well, and I have been more than satisfied with their quality. Great products, great customer support.

Great solid light, good weight and really bright. Wasn't expecting to be so bright for a compact light. I like that the pocket clip can be installed on either end of the flashlight. So many times i have bumped the power switch and drained the batteries because it was pointing inside my pocket but not now I can have the on button in my pocket and then light facing out knowing that the light is on or off.

I'm studying to be an Aircraft Maintenance Technician and was inspired by my teacher to purchase this inspection light since he would always pull his out whenever he had to inspect something. Since he would do this, I asked him what kind of light it was and I found it online.

Great product mine has went through a washer and still turns on like its brand new. Its has a amazing light beam to inspect what ever u need to inspect. I use mine to inspect my welds and it does fine with all the heat. Ive strapped it to my gun and it survived the beating.

I was amazed at how fast the service was at replacing my flashlight. Within a few minutes they said they would be sending a replacement. I have never had great service. My replacement was in my mailbox in less than a week. I would recommend COST Products to anyone.

I have 3 flashlights within reach of my bed and this is my most frequent "go-to" light. I really, really like this light. Small, solid, bright enough for most all my "inside the house" tasks and great for my nighttime tasks too since it does not ruin my night vision due to too much light, all done with a smooth and even light. A great product!

I recently acquired the G20 light as part of my assessment gear being a medic. I find this light is convenient and can help whether inspecting a patient /situation or just day to day need for a practical light without the high lumens. Now part of my gear.

It's perfect aside from 2 things. 1: I wish it had a more natural soft light as is wouldn't be to bright for tooling and wouldn't hide scratching or scaring in the die . 2: The set-up for connecting the current to the light and battery . I noticed that I would have to push in or tap on the tip of the light in order to get it to work . 2 lights later I noticed the top comes off then took the top off and put a modified copper rivet in the plastic holding the spring down to extend the nipple on the battery for better connection. Haven't had a problem since. Dropped on in a 55 gal. Drum of hydrologic fluid and still works great. Great company ,Great service and a Great light!

Flashlight itself is high quality aluminum and has a nice feel to it. Perfectly sized, fits in a shirt pocket made for a pen. The beam is well defined. This little light wasn't made to brighten a room, but in an engine bay, wheel wells, or working on the interior of a vehicle, it is outstanding. There is an available rechargeable battery (not included womp womp) which leads me to it's only drawback: The rechargeable battery must be removed in order to recharge it. Other Coast products that have an available rechargeable battery have the ability to recharge the battery *without* removing said battery. It might seem like a small inconvenience, but it makes all the difference. It's the line between it being "great" and "perfect".
