Recently purchased a new chandelier not realizing it took a different type of bulb. This was my first experience with G9 bulbs and wasn't sure what to expect. I found the Gaormii G9 Chandelier Light Bulb 4W, 40W Halogen Equivalent on the Walmart site at an amazing price. These bulbs install simply by pushing them in the base of the fixture. There is no screwing of the bulb into the base and thus no cramps in your hands. The lights have several small led lights attached to it and they are very bright. At only 4 watts consumption they produce the illumination of a 40 watt halogen bulb. This will result in a significant reduction in your electrical usage and these bulbs will pay for themselves over time. I was worried that the small led lights would show individually and look odd. Surprisingly when the bulb is lit it looks like a normal light. Very impressed this bulbs brightened and how easily it installs.
