We put it in a flat bin, and shes been playing with it like its a little world of its own, separate from all her other toys. Now, characters from other worlds are joining in, along with her other Gabbys Dollhouse cats, which makes her pretend play even more fun. The little details and interactive features are so cute, and I love seeing the smile on her face when she plays with it. I think it would make a great gift for any four- or five-year-old who loves Gabbys Dollhouse and imaginative play!

As a mom I truly appreciate toys that allow children to think, imagine and role play. My daughter spent lots of time acting out different scenes with Mercat and having her act out different bathroom tasks, like brushing her teeth, taking a bath, and brushing her hair in the mirror. It was cute to see her brush Mercat's hair followed by, "Oh wow, Mercat! You look beautiful today!" I will be looking for other characters to add to this set.

The MerCat Fairy Bathroom Set is a wonderful addition to the Gabbys Dollhouse playhouse which allows for endless play and imagination. The little details such as the scrub brush and mirror make it so much fun. The bathtub bubbles move up and down which makes it a fun little surprise. The set goes perfectly with other sets in the series and your child will play with it time and time again!

The set's design is suitable for as little as 3 years old as it was the age group targeted. The material and cutting is good. It is easy to clean and don't need to worry it may hurt the kids as it doesn't have any sharply corner or uneven surface on the edges. The set can play alone or with other sets and toys together. My daughter like to play the set with other toys to create her dream kitchen. The thing that may need to improve on is the shelf cupboard cardboard backdrop. It is too thin, it is quite easy to fall.

However when it comes to actually filming her playing with it, she was not being as creative. Working with a 3 year old actress is hard work! She seems to like the main elements of the toy, but the smaller ones are too easy to misplace. If the scale of the toy was a little bit larger, it would most likely help with lost parts. My daughter is in a Gabby phase, she she loved this toy and has been excited to play with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we love Gabbys Dollhouse in this household. i wanted to love this little set as its so cute but i just feel the pieces are so tiny and i feel they are so hard to play with. my kids didnt know what to do with all these pieces or how to play with them. she loves the cat box with the surprise character and MerCat of course. we dont have the dollhouse so perhaps t his is why we feel like this little de t is a bit disconnected. nevertheless we are grateful for the opportunity to try it out and experience what it had to offer!
