I wasn't sure how the switch would go, but I am extremely pleased. I did well on Bacopa, but I find I am more congnitive on Agile Mind.

I've been through one bottle, taking as directed and I definitely notice an improvement in my recall and have a sharper mind. Im in meetings for the better part of my day and I'm able to recall more quickly and less issue of forgetting things. The price is a little much but we'll worth the money. I've subscribed to continue receiving this.

I have tried many supplements over the past 30 years of fibromyalgia pain, but this formula seemingly has helped me the most. My bone pain at night has decreased and my mental brain fog has been partially lifted, like no other supplement I have tried. Diet has much to do with it, but this is a helpful addition

I've been feeling less focused and more easily distracted in the past couple of years. My mom was recently diagnosed with vascular dementia so I am taking steps to keep my brain as healthy as possible, with exercise, a better diet, and this supplement. I believe this is helping me with memory & focus/concentration. I will continue to take as directed (I take my 2 with dinner) and will update if things change.

Im not sure it's any better than using Bacopa or Gota Kola. But at least you don't have to take as many.

So I bought this thinking it contained, primarily, bacopa monneri. However, it only has 25mg, and is mainly gotu kola at 425 mg. While they are somewhat similar, GK has the effect of raising cholesterol by blocking some of the effects of statins and working differently in the liver. I wanted the primary benefits of bacopa monneri, as advertised on the bottle in big bold letters. I feel like I was misled.
