this company, "Gaia Herbs" is, in my opinion, a very good company. They use clean, organic ingredients, they don't add unnecessary fillers, most (if not all) products are liquid based, which is easier for the body to assimilate, and the bottles are glass (easy to rinse out and reuse)! This is an American company based in the US. Black Cohosh is healthy for a variety of reasons; it benefits more than the hormonal systems.

I was prescribed this from a naturopath for hot flashes. Take two capsules a day away from food. Seems to help this ridiculous problem. Yay Menopause! I don't experience the hot flashes during the day and less at night. It takes about a week or two to kick in. This was prescribed along with DHEA. Thank you Black Cohosh.

I've been having hot flashes for quite some time now...years. I've tried several different brands and then stopped taking it completely because I wasn't sure it made a difference. They came back with a vengence! Gaia seems to work the best for me. I take it twice daily and still have them but they're mild. I also notice that if I take some soy during the day, it helps. It's getting old. Hope they stop soon. I'm tired of it! Buying it online is half the price of the local store. I highly recommend this product.

Firstly... I bought this product from my local natural food store for $25. These prices are outrageous! Go to your local market or their own website. that said, so far so good. Having hot flashes much less often and I have only been taking for a week.

My Last order was perfect but I have had a few that either were damp inside from the start or became damp half way through. So do your best to keep in a cool dry place with a tight lid always, and if you can return a new damp one to Amazon/Whole Foods.I am adding a cotton ball to my open one to see if it helps. Yes, it comes with those dehumidifier packets but they don’t last as long as I need.

I've had a lot of success with certain brands of black cohosh. They aren't all the same in my system. This one took a little under two weeks to significantly decrease the number of night sweat incidents and hot flashes. Usually black cohosh works for several months and then stops. I go without for 6 weeks and then begin the regimen again. I stick with 40 mg 2x a day. Gaia is a high quality product.

I like Gaia Herbs products. They are high quality and work well. I would recommend any of their supplements. You can even track the herbs that went into each bottle.

I've tried different brands of black cohosh, and so far, this one seems to work better than others. I've only been using them a couple of months so need more time if they are effective long term.

I have been using this product as directed, twice daily between meals. I was having hot flashes, within a week they stopped, now I'm near the end of the bottle and a week ago hot flashes came back. Why would it work and stop working? I've contacted Gaia Herbs. Hope they have a resolution for me.
