These are so great. We were taking the drops whenever we felt a cold coming and they made a huge difference. When I could find the drops we tried these and they seem even better and no yucky taste.

I cannot more highly recommend this product. It is the very best is quality - not not buy other versions of this product. The Phyto Liquid capsules make all of the difference. I use it immediately when I get any symptoms of sinus or respiratory issues and please take it as directed do not skimp on the suggested dosage. The results are amazing!

I swear I honestly didn't believe in nearly any form of herbal medicine, but after suffering from colds and flus nearly every other week, I was desperate to try nearly anything. I have been using this for years. I really like the liquid caps. I get the benefits of fast absorption of the liquid and the ease of a capsule. When I start to feel a bug coming or if I know I'll be out with people who are sick or have been I'll pop a couple of these along with Astragulas. Once I have got a little bit of a bug I'll take these 2 to 3x a day and within a couple days I'm no longer fighting a bug. This is a well rounded all purpose immunity booster.

Disappointed with this one. Not the spunk I've had with other Echinacea/Goldenseal. Really disappointed in myself for falling for the hype of 'Gaia Herbs'. My rule is no sale if they won't list the particulars of content. Gaia lumps all ingredients under a single mg amount. Kind of hinky in my opinion. And beware this has St John's Wort in it, again, with no specific amount.

I was very disappointed to learn that this contains St. John’s Wort. Be careful with this supplement if you happen to take an SSRI/SSNRI, serious interactions may occur. As well, St. John’s Wort carries its own side effects. I was hoping for a pure echinacea and goldenseal blend.
