So happy to have found this formula as I can really tell a difference in my energy level. I have fibromyalgia and it is hard just getting through each day - I get little done due to chronic fatigue which is maddening and frustrating. I take one of these liquid caps first thing in the morning and a second before 1:00 otherwise I have a hard time sleeping - they definitely help me.

This is a very good product, and I feel like it is a well above average brand. I switched from a ginseng product to this one, and I have better energy with the Gaia product. It does not make me feel jittery or wired, but does provide good stamina both physically and mentally. Highly recommended.

FYI, If you are a diabetic or have any illness that you take you M.D. With Eleuthero check with your endocrinologist to see if it is safe to use because my sugars have been high since I started it. I also added other supplements so check with your Dr. on any supplement or vitamin if you are taking any medication just to be on the safe side.

Two at night to relax to sleep. Read about the history of this herb. Much sought after. Said to balance the body. Have taken this for years now. Other members of the family have adopted the routine as well. Take two, read a book, off I go. ZZZ I'm not an herb addict. This is it. Really does help with anxiety for me. I shopped for 'Siberian Ginseng', having had a good experience with it - gaining energy to do some long, physical work - in the past. From looking at various labels here, it would seem Eluethero is the same thing. Anyhow, I have taken as directed and found more energy and stamina (even improved mood!) while taking. I'll likely buy more once I use the contents of this bottle.

If you need some energy boost, this, along with Rhodiola in this brand is the way to go. My husband came off of coffee this year due to adrenal fatigue issues and this root and Rhodiola has been a life saver for energy. The energy is more sustained as well with this combination. He would crash with coffee. This is coming from a guy that said he would never give up coffee. But now he says he will never go back. He has decreased anxiety and more energy. Thanks to Gaia Brand. This adaptogen is stimulating in the morning and calming in the evening. I have narcolepsy and this herb helps with my daytime sleepiness. I take it early in the morning so I can fall asleep easily at night. If I take a capsule at 9PM I feel calm and ready to go to sleep around 11PM. I take several other adaptogens, as well.

this is siberian gensing and the quality of this product is supreme. I take one capsule and i have too much energy to spend. I was looking for something reduce fatigue and my inability to wake up in the morning.This product gives me so much energy to the point that it is too much. I can't take it everyday bec it make me sleep less than 5 hours per day and the rest of the day i feel like i am on speed. It is very good for studying and physical effort or hectic days.
