I credit Gaia Herbs for my super strong immune system. I'd been taking Everyday Immune twice a day for about a year, plus some Elderberry Syrup doses during flu seasons, when Covid hit. I worked for most of the 2 years of Covid in a small, poorly ventilated, retail setting with staff and customers who more or less wore more-or-less masks. (Some would lift a chiffon scarf over a mouth when they wanted to talk with me in the aisle.) I never got Covid. I credit this plus the Extra Strength Elderberry Gummies I took religiously over those many months. Of course I was also taking several other Gaia Herb products - Adrenal Support (both daily and nightly), extra strength turmeric, ashwagandha. Gaia Herbs didn't offer liquid extract of andrographis (another viral defense herb), so I took HerbPharm's of that daily also. BTW, I'm 78. And I am a long-time fan of GaiaHerbs.

These mushroom are jammed back! I feel so good after adding them to my daily routine.

These are among the more natural supplements with little additives and very easy to swallow, but it is expensive like all Gaia products (you cannot expect quality without paying more for it though). After one bottle I cannot tell there is any improvement. In fact, it is almost impossible to make the claim that they work, since even if you notice a decrease in the number of colds or sick days it may be so many other factors improving your resistance. Alternatively, if you do not notice an improvement it may be that they do not work, you did not take it long enough (improving the immune system requires sustained and comprehensive effort), or there are other changes in lifestyle or environmental factors.So take it for your peace of mind and do not expect to become immortal. There is no magic pill.

While I have nothing negative to say about this supple my I am not convinced I feel a real benefit from using it daily for 2 months now. While I would discourage anyone from taking this it wouldn't be high only priority list to take if you are on a budget. As for any other improvement if they could if they could increase the concentration so you only had to take one capsule and still get the same dose instead of having to take 2 daily would be great.
