I have been using this product for four weeks and have seen a dramatic increase in my pumping output, from about 32 oz daily to 40plus oz daily. I am exclusively pumping for my five month old & monitor my output very closely, and i was able to achieve this increase while simultaneously dropping one to two pumps a day. I did not have success with other brands of fenugreek but this one works wonderfully, quickly (I noticed an increase within 2 days), and I have no side effects to note.

Before i bought this product i read reviews of others and this and i decided to buy this one. After one week, its really works one me. I love that product for milk support but i have to say that you have to be carefull about your weight. this is the only side effect for me :)

Just like everyone else in the previous reviews, I was having trouble and my husband came home with a bottle of Gaia fenugreek. And I went from producing 2oz to almost 6oz. I try another brand and the capsules where powder and I had to take it 3 times a day, and I wasn't getting the same results. So I switch immediately to what I know that did really work. I guess the body absorbs the gel faster and is more effective. Love this!

I am breastfeeding twin boys. When I returned to work I started noticing a decrease in supply. I have been able to keep up with them without supplementing. When I started to take fenugreek, I noticed that my afternoon pumps and morning pumps were quite a lot more than what I usually had and was able to help me continue to feed my babes without formula.*** Please note I do smell like maple syrup but I just eat more waffles ;)*** Also when I am taking the pills, my gas is horrible! I'm not sure if this is related or not bc I am also sensitive to dairy, yet continue to eat it for the calcium and protein throughout the day. Anyone else have this side effect???

My pediatrician recommended Fenugreek a few days after I'd given birth to help my milk come in...and boy did it! Then I stopped using it until I went back to work and started pumping. My supply made a dramatic dip after a week, so I started taking this and it went back up!

There is a difference between brands it seems. Just a few days into this brand, and I'm having a significant difference in milk production. I wasn't sure it would matter, but apparently paying a little more actually means a difference. ALSO - the maple syrup smell associated with this herb is SO MUCH LESS with this brand. All this is just for my experience, yours of course may be different.

These have definitely helped my supply. My friend's lactation consultant recommended these and also suggested a dosage of three supplements, thrice a day if you have really low supply. My supply was moderate and I needed a boost when I went back to work and needed to pump. I've seen an increase in the amount I pump. I'm currently taking two supplements, twice a day. I've read that some women notice that they smell like maple syrup while taking fenugreek but, I haven't noticed this in my case.

These definitely are more of a 'pure extract' vs the cheaper pills but at $20 a bottle of 60 pills, not sure I will buy these again. Also - my baby started spitting up a lot more when I was on these instead of the cheaper pills and once I switched back, she stopped spitting up as much. Not sure if it was the fault of these pills or not but I have read similar reviews about that side effect on the baby. I definitely made more milk..but only during the nightime...and I was never gushing out milk while taking these for one month...just a slight increase. Didn't really turn out to be the miracle product I'd hoped for.

This is an effective product for producing milk however my 2 month old wasnt getting full from my milk because it produces an abundance of foremilk which is watery and not enough hindmilk which is the creamy stuff. Also my son got diaper rash and was gassy.

Listen- I hate to not give this a great review- but quite honestly- nothing really worked for me. I wasn't as fortunate as others- and that is why my recommendation to others would be to try different kinds- some things do work for some. This may work for some people but not me- but I wouldn't bash it either. I tried.
