2 1/2 weeks ago I fell and broke both bones in my forearm, buckled a bone in my wrist, and brused some ribs. I've had a lot of pain. The doctor said not to take antiinflammatory drugs, my stomach won't tolerate Tylenol, and I won't take opioids so I was SOL. My granddaughter recommended this product. Concerned due to their antiinflammatory properties and relationship to bone healing, I did some research and decided to give them a try. 30 minutes after taking 1 capsule I had the first relief from pain since my accident.No negative reaction so far except that even taken with food, there is an after taste I don't care for.A great product that works for me.

Great product by Gaia as always! These work great for digestion. My husband takes them to also help when he gets stomach ulcers. They are relatively small in size, so they can easily be swallowed. Like the phyto-caps because it helps that much more for the ease of product to be swallowed, as well as a more rapidly dissolving capsule… also vegan! These are bio available supplements with quick absorption. The only thing I can say that puts a bad taste in my mouth is if you do not swallow the capsule good enough and say it gets stuck in your throat from you swallowing it sideways, it WILL burn like fire and you’ll be burping up ginger taste in your mouth! A glass of milk should help with this.Love how Gaia has a QR code place in the side of each bottle where the herb was located and can allow to trace where it was picked.Gaia is an amazing brand that I’ve been using for so many years. However, I now have toddlers and hate how their bottles are NOT child proof. Regardless of the face if these are prescriptions or not, the lids still pose a huge choking factor to my toddlers because they can easily be opened.A nice upside to this brands products is that they put everything into nice dark amber glass bottles. These supplements do not leak so no sticky mess here.

I have been very happy with all of the Gaia brand products that I have purchased. The ginger Supreme definitely packs a ginger punch. I recommend eating it with food because you can tell they were consuming a lot of ginger. I take it for its anti-inflammatory properties. I had been struggling with some achy joints that were not arthritis and yet I could not figure out a real cause for them. After taking this Ginger Supreme and also the guia brand turmeric Supreme, I dramatically reduced the amount of tenderness in the joints that I had been feeling.As a health coach I know a lot about inflammation and how it is the root cause of many ailments and diseases. Ginger and turmeric can both support an anti-inflammatory diet and lifestyle.The gaia brand was specifically recommended to me by a friend who is a doctor after she had read that it has a lot of research behind it and is high in a bio active compounds. For that reason I try to always choose gaia brand herbal supplements for myself.

I am pleased with Ginger Supreme and Tumeric Supreme Extra Strngth in combination. The Ginger helps my digestion with stronger herbs and works against pain and nausea very well and the Tumeric really helps my joint and back pain. This doesn't happen overnight because first it has to start working against all the inflammation you've worked up in your system. I can count on the quality and the results. It's natural and easy to take. The liquid in the capsules seems to get it working right away. I have used this for several months and plan to continue to do so.

This is rather expensive, but, for me it works so well, it's worth the price. Instead of using ibuprofen and or aspirin, I use Gaia Herbs Ginger Supreme, recommended to me by employee at Natural Foods. I believe I started out taking the 2 x day and currently, just once a day. My need for OTC 'pain' meds is down to 1 -2 times a month and only with severe headache pain. I appreciate having this capsule as part of my daily, preventative arsenal against chronic inflammation and pain.

I LOVE the Gaia Herbs Ginger Supreme! Easy to swallow, but make sure you follow the instructions on when to take them. I took them on an empty stomach once and definitely could feel the ginger burn! I would definitely take these if you don't like the taste of ginger, but want all the benefit!

I have only good to say about this product except the Ginger does backup sometimes. I find if I also eat something that's not acidic after it, it doesn't happen.

Gaia Herbs is always a superior product. Started taking this as an immune booster with a garlic supplement. Use as directed. Take with food. Thumbs up

I used to take the powder capsules before taking this. I can feel the difference right away after taking this. You can feel the heat in my stomach from the ginger, so you can tell it is more effective than the powder ones. Worth the price!

I like that it is liquid inside the capsules... I feel it gets to work faster than a tablet. I use it for pain and digestion. Am very pleased and have purchased it more than once and will continue to purchase.
