I started taking this supplement because I felt that my mind was not as sharp as it had been. Crossword puzzles took me much longer & I missed the puns, etc. But, honestly after taking Gaia Ginkgo Leaf, when doing these same puzzles, it's like a light bulb went on. They were fun again, I got the clues and it wasn't a struggle as it had been. Thank you, Gaia for this product!

Three stars bc I love this brand (5 star brand), but I think my husband would probably give this product one star bc it didn't work for him. BUT... I'm a big believer in different things work for different brain chemistries. So just bc it didn't work for him doesn't mean it won't work for others.
