I use Holy Basil every day. It is very helpful for me. I love Gaia Herbs. I have been using them for years and would never use anything else. I can rely on them. They have changed my life.

This stuff is great for immune support and calm nerves
The product appears to be fresh. It doesn't have a smell or taste, which is nice. (Some powders make their way to the outside of capsules.) The capsules are not too large, so they're easy to swallow. I do believe they helped a bit but would need longer use to be more specific. Do keep in mind that most herbals work more gently %26 over time. They aren't a quick fix.
Holy Basil makes me calmer. I gave it a 4 because I need more time to be certain and to play around with best times to take it. Gaia recommends 2 capsules a day. I am 115 lbs and supplements can impact me more than the average person so trying to determine if 2 capsules is right for me. example: I could take 1 a day instead of 2 ( 1 in evening (around 6/7) or 1 in morning,) or take the recommended dose of 2 times a day. Whichever works best for energy and sleep.
I gave it a 4 because it usually helps me to feel calmer, not sure about improving sleep. I feel like it's inconsistent with whether it makes me feel energized or tired. AI said the reason could be based on cortisol levels in my body.
I haven't used it long enough to give a complete review but I trust this brand and their high quality ingredients. Hoping it will help.
