My Dr had me on an estrogen patch for 30 yr after a hysterectomy and I am 74, crazy! I found this a few years ago and it has taken the edge off and 99% of my hot flashes are gone! I can not be without it. Thankyou.

This product is amazing for helping me have a full night's sleep during menopause. I also notice I have less hot-flashes. I'm thankful.
Within a week of starting on these, my hot flashes (which had become quite disruptive) stopped. I can't say that my sleep is any better but not dealing with hot flashes is worth the price of admission.

Relieves my hot flashes. Also a product that I can trust with ingredients that are good for me.
This works really well. It took around 4 months to kick in but I have not had any nightsweats since then. I think I've been taking for 6 months. 2 capsules every night. The little bit of St John's Wort has helped me in getting a little of my focus back. As it will be 3 years 6.20.21 that our 38 year old youngest son died in a motorcycle accident. I did try a bigger dose of SJW but did not care for it.
I *think* I like this product. Best results develop after 28 days, so I signed on for a subscription…..and now it's out of stock for 6 weeks following my very first bottle. How frustrating!
Sorry didn't find the night time one useful ,, but have bought 2 more of the daytime
