I had a flu in December and bought the oregano leaf extract to help fight the virus. The taste is very strong but does the job and cut the time down for being sick. Gaia is a little more expensive than other brands on the market but is high quality. You get what you pay for and I would order this product again.

Any time I have a cold, cough, or sore throat I take this and it wipes it out almost instantly. It works well on infections, too. However, it is very strong/spicy and stings, so it takes some getting used to. I also rub a few drops on my chest and throat when I'm sick. Oregano is also good for clearing bad gut bacteria and improving digestion.

it's not very concetrated, and there for wasy to swallow and taste great. I used it to get rid of urine infections and throat infection, drank it few times a day, few drops with water and it worked like magic. nice amount per bottle. helped with cough also .
