This is a great product. Can't remember how I found it but soooo glad I did. This product is easy to consume. No stomach issues. Produces great results. This iron supplement is great tasting and without the metallic taste of your traditional iron supplements. I like that it's food based and more observable.. My teen daughter uses it since she is low iron and I use it post menopause to keep my energy levels up.

OMG, I thought for months my only option for consumption of Iron supplements was to take it in pill form, which causes bad constipation. UNTIL I found Gaia Herbs! This has been a game changer in my quest of having to take an iron supplement daily. I was so sad when it was out of stock for months, a little while back and was really excited when I received the email and text that the Iron was back in stock and rotation.

This is the best version of Iron I have found yet. It is the most tolerable to drink and followed by a little. OJ helps as usual.

I have been using this product for a while now. I gave it a try to order from Walmart. It's either this is a slightly different product or the company changed something in the formula, or there is something wrong with this particular bottle - the taste if off. It's very distinct and kind of yucky.
