I like the Gaia Herbs brand, and think their ingredients and quality are excellent. I purchased for my husband to take, to try and aid with is prostrate issue, and as long as he takes them every day, I think these are of benefit. . The secret is him remembering! 😀 The size of the tablet is easy for swallowing, and he has no issues with any after taste.

The product came on time and was neatly packaged. I am impressed with the product freshness. I think it's somewhat worth the price, maybe a little expensive but so far I have started taking them for only a few days but I believe that I am seeing some immediate improvements in my prostate since I started taking this. many thanks

I take this tablet morning and night with my daily supplements or prescription drugs. Although I cannot be certain of its direct benefit, my enlarged prostate and BPH has not gotten worse in 5 years. I'm 65 years old now, and I have had BPH and taken Tamsulosin 0.4 since 60 years old, and things are stable. Why change now?

My prostate is slightly enlarged, and I have been using this supplement which has proven to be helpful.

I got this for my husband and he is on his third bottle. Still have to go back to get his tests done so at this point can't say about the benifit. But saw palmetto was suggested to him by the doc and Gaia ingredients are always good quality.

First taken today, smaller size than i expected. Anyway the ingredients look all i want for a healthy prostate i wish, hope it helps

I purchased this at the recommendation of the hospital pharmacist I worked with during my cancer treatment. I had been taking one Spring Valley Saw Palmetto capsule in the morning and evening, then one Flomax right before bedtime. I switched out the Spring Valley for this and did not notice any change at all, but it costs several times more. I've since gone back to the Spring Valley and TWO Flomax before bed, and it seems to work well enough. It is certainly better than Flomax by itself.
