I have been using Breathe manufactured by a competitor (a very good product! but a little too expensive), so I buy the Nettle and add Bio-quercetin and "make my own" for less. The effectiveness is very good and possibly even a little better for occasional cough abatement. Now in combo with Life-Ext Melatonin. I sleep a lot better. The quality of Life-Ext products seems very good and I like the prices and fast delivery. Good job!

For some reason, this Nettle grounds me and helps me feel calm. It is a potent herby feeling, too. Love it so much!! I am definitely keeping this in my herbal cabinet. Thank you Gaia!!I don't ingest the capsules, just bite them and swallow the Nettle liquid inside, like a candy. Washed down with a big glass of my Berkey Water, and I am feeling wonderful.

Purchased this to help control my allergy to our new cat. He is a Russian blue which helps, since the breed tends to be somewhat less allergy prone than other domestic short hair breeds. Take one cap in am and pm and it works well. If I forget, I can tell the difference. Would recommend this to any one who has a problem with upper respiratory allergies, way better than an antihistamine.

Just got the nettle leaf and first night woke up half way threw the night w a major headache.Second night slept all the way threw but woke up for the day w huge headache.This happened w when they replace product with alcohol. And sell it!We are now done this company I will NEVER buy from Gaii leafI have about 6 or so bottles of tincture from the same company that did the same thing, so I stopped taking the liquid.So now I’m done taking nettle leaf from this company ever!!It’s not worth getting a super bad super hard to get ride of headache!I hope it was worth it as I buy it 2 bottles monthly one tinc and one I’m pill form. I good repeat customer gone!This order was for pill form but they both have alcohol in them.Now to get my money back.

My Vet recommended this product and brand for my Golden who suffers from food and environmental allergies. Two tablets in the morning, two in the evening. The dog is female and weights 80 pounds. No adverse effects. Seems to keep serious allergic reactions in check with ears and stomach. Little or no effect on hot spots. Consider trying them myself but waiting to see how my dog fairs over a long period of time.
