Well, this taste awful but at the same time I just took a quick dropper. I didn't really mix it so it was like a shot and then I just chug some milk right after so maybe that's my fault. Stay taste is so horrible. I would recommend I have like mints and a fruity drink nearby. I felt pretty groggy today but all in ok

maybe its her weight; 186lb. I've used valerian in the past and get sound sleep from it. So I purchased for 83yo mother. 1 dropper full. doesn't have the same effect.

I combine this with Sleep Thru. I fall asleep faster and stay sleeping longer. Highly recommend. Thank you Gaia Herbs for your awesome products.

I can't drop it in my mouth or drink it in any fluid because the taste is so strong! Yuck
