this stuff really works if you have any digestive issues from eating bad foods that causes things like acid refluxor gastrointestinal irritation this will definitely help calm that down and there is also a ingredient that does give you a little increase in appetite as well. And a piece of advice keep this stored in the freezer as it will keep it fresher longer. it will not freeze because it's in a alcohol solution.
Truly, it seems like others I've purchased, it's still gross lol, and I'm not sure if it really does what it's suppose to, but I do it for a cleanse on parasites every year.
