Good product! What you see is what you get. It's quite a thin mat, but I prefer that in my yoga mats. Nice and sticky- you shouldn't lose grip with this mat. It's also quite long, which is nice if you're taller (which I am). Would recommend to a friend!

So beautiful, and excellent quality! I bought 6 new double-sided mats of the 4mm and 6mm. I have been IN LOVE ever since they came. Very simple and elegant... the interchangeable quality also adds a great nuance to each class. They have held their own against 5 kids classes a week and many private yoga sessions. I feel they will last a long time. Recommending them to everyone!!!

Great quality and very pleasing color. I keep it unrolled on the floor in the living room because the color is sooo pretty and i can practice whenever i get a moment!

I ordered 10 black and gray yoga mats for my gym. They are great material, soft but not too thick. Clients are loving them. Easy to clean. Love the color combination

I got 8 of these mats to use at work since we have occassional yoga classes. For this purpose they are perfect. They are functional and small when you roll them up. If you're looking for an everyday mat, I would suggest going up in thickness/durability.

I've only had it about a month, but it serves me well for both Hot Yoga and my own casual in-home practice. Small enough to travel carry on the bus to class 

A little thinner than I was anticipating and the color difference is not that substantial, but I really needed a yoga mat and this one has otherwise been working out really well!

The colors of this mat are beautiful, but it is a very thin mat. It's not comfortable on wood floors in yoga postures on my knees, so I will likely have to find a new mat to replace this one.

This is the second Gaiam mat I've purchased and like the first one I have, it has no grip whatsoever. My hands slip out of control when in down dog and during warriors or lunges I'm lucky if I can maintain a pose. Unfortunately these mats are not designed well enough for me and my sweaty hands.
