Great mat for at home workouts
This mat has been great during the quarantine. I had a cheaper yoga mat that begin to get ripped up and wasn't as thick as this one. The Gaiam mat provides more padding. I am pleased with my purchase.

I would buy this product again
I use this for daily yoga practice. It is supportive and comfortable. I don't slip and feel confident in all my poses.

Absolutely recommend!
Beautiful mat! I love her! 'Her' because I feel a lovely Feminine Energy coming out of her. Grips well and easy to clean! I highly recommend it for beginner yogis! For more advanced poses requiring a lot of ground support for knees and head, I would go for a thicker mat.

I will never go to another place again!
I ordered a different mat and was completely disappointed, I ordered from Gaiam because a friend recommended them. I got my order shipped quickly and I am in love with my mat!

I like it!
I like it. I am not super knowledgeable about yoga mats but I have owned a few and this one is by far my favorite because it is thick and sturdy
