I am new to yoga but have heard that getting a good mat was a must. So I searched online alot to see what was out there. I came across this mat. It had good reviews and it was thick which is what I was looking for. I am very glad I bought this. Not only is it thick and easy on the joints and muscles but it is sticky so you don't slip while doing poses. Also it did not have a bad order. That was something I was afraid of when buying a mat. I hate strong orders and this never had that. I would defiantly recommend this mat to anyone and have told friends about it.

I love this for at home. I have another gaiam mat for hot yoga which is hard for me to keep clean and home the animal interruptions, anyways this mat is perfect replacement /to add for at home practice really great in the knees! Would recommend or buy in more colors!

I purchased this mat in the blue color and absolutely love it! The 5mm thickness is perfect for me. The color and print is gorgeous. I get compliments on it all the time! I've had it for about 6 months now, and the light blue color is starting to get dingy looking in the normal "hands and feet" spots. I wipe down my mat with mat spray and a cloth after every practice. Any advice to wash the dinginess out?
