Really like
Used this for several years and it has helped me a lot. My current problem, though is I don't have a TV or a way to play DVDs right now. I wish the videos were on here to watch for free since I already bought it!

"What a Relief"
Learning to live in pain is challenging. The foam roller is an outstanding support to facilitate relief just as it is described, and much more. Disabled or not, discovering ways to lengthen and stretch all parts of my body has always been energizing from the inside out. This strong support, when I lay on it, placing it between my shoulder blades extending to reach the mid gluteal area simply allows the tight back and buttock muscles to just let go without any strain whatsoever.

36 inch Roller
I received my roller and DVD in a timely fashion and in great condition. I have not used the DVD yet but am excited to try.

Muscle Roller
I am completely satisfied with this item. It has helped to totally relive the pain in my thigh and quad muscles after lengthy cycling tours. It lso came with a DVD of many exercises to use with it, I am sure they are great as well. Have not had a chance to view the DVD yet. The price is right! Highly Recommend!

Muscle Therapy Foam Roller 36"
Works great! 36" is a good length for me I'm 5'4". I can get my entire core on the roller. However, did not like the DVD that came with it.
