Gaiam Restore Multi-Grip Stretch Strap

This strap has helped me to achieve my fitness goal of strenghtening and stretching my shoulders beyond what I thought was possible in such a shot period of time. I highly recommend this strap with stirrups. They are easy to grab onto and to pull , increasing stretches more han a smooth strap would be.

Great design of this product. Friends with knee issues are especially loving it as a gift. The foot pad gives added comfort and the grip options help me change up my stretching routine.

I had been using my belt for my leg stretches, but I came across this strap and I'm now quite pleased with it.

I bought this three weeks ago I'm glad I did really works

My sports therapist recommended this strap to increase my flexibility. It works perfectly.

I'd never done yoga or Pilates before, but wanted to improve my flexibility. This strap is great, and I feel much better after having used it. The strap is very easy to hold onto and you can choose exactly how far you want to stretch. The strap comes with a photo guide that shows 14 different stretches/poses. One thing I've noticed is that the poses included in the photos on this page, and in the accompanying video, are not included in the little guide that comes with the strap. It would be great if Gaiam could put out a PDF with photos and quick instructions for those poses.

I bought this product to help me stretch and increase my range of motion. With stiffness and decreased flexibility due to the affects of arthritis and joint replacements, I have tried other straps but this is by far the best one I have had. The clever design of multiple hand holds insure a solid grip, the included poster demonstrating the various stretches is superb and overall design allows you to stretch comfortably at your own pace without fear of losing your grip. I cannot recommend this enough.

This strap is a brilliant design providing optimum aid in performing limitless yoga poses and stretches due to the loops at regular intervals from one end thru to the other end. These loops are 'grip/holds' that prevent hands from slipping as often happens with flat regular yoga straps. It comes with a color chart with a model demonstrating all stretches with written instructions under each picture. Great Yoga Aid! My range of motion has immediately improved using this strap.

I bought this on a whim, and mentioned to my yoga instructor I wasn't sure the best way to use it. After some demonstrations, I've now used it at home, and love it! The loops and foot grips are soooo nice, compared to the basic strap my studio has.

My sciatic and lower back felt good after I used this just once helped relieve the pain a good deal from tight muscles which I should have did some yoga after ice skating for 4 hours in which I am not used to doing anymore.
