Works great for cleaning, and the scent is delightful. Pair with some oxyclean for super stubborn stains, this is my go to. There's a time to settle for cheap or generic products, this ain't one of them. Get the good stuff, have clean clothes. I work asphalt, wear diesel, grease, grime, tar, husband does tree work, we sweat and get dirty. Ditch those cruddy front loading new fangled washing machines that don't get anything clean and mold. Go back to old school Kenmore, top loading agitator washing machine, use good detergent, wear clean clothes. Some things you can't skimp on. Quality is value when you do it right. If you have smelly teens, if you work for a living, you want to be confident when you're out, this is a solid product that I believe in, and it has done our family well for years.

Gain liquid detergent is the only brand that I use!! I love all the different scents! I only use Gain Fabric softener and dryer sheets for a lasting scent!! I would love it if you would make a tropical scent of pineapple and coconut! Just saying! Thank you Gain!

The reason why I didn't give it a perfect review is just because I struggled to find this particular product. It's my favorite smelling one along with the moonlight one but I'm struggling to find both products. I do not like that game gives you something you like to smell, but then starts taking away the things that you liked.

very pleasant smell and as good as any iveused and thats most all brands. for our clothes and I was in cold water. the clothes keeps smelling clean days later. Island breeze smells like it sounds. I %26 my family likes the fresh scent of all GAIN detergents.I wouldn't switch..

The smell is amazing I like the our laundry smells even days after there washed I would recommend to match the fabric softener to get an even longer last fresh smell to your laundry

Smells great I like to switch up my detergent to keep from going "nose blind" to the scents this one is the one I'm using this week. Definitely adding it to my favorites. I wash laundry for my family of 9 so I buy lots and LOTS of detergent I don't regret buying 4 of the huge containers now. Clothes look good smell good and feel good. would recommend.

Love the product Disappointed that half of it was spilled/leaked on my order - the service person that loaded my order never said a word and it continued to leak all over my car interior on the drive home! Such a mess and a waste of product that I had paid for……

Best smelling detergent I've ever used ! My clothes came out of the washer super clean and smelling great. Seriously , the first piece of clothing i removed from the washer , I took a nice long breath through my nose and literally smelled every piece of clothing I took out of the washer. The scent isn't overpowering at all ! Its nice subtle scent !

leaves your clothes smelling clean and fresh but i have to mix my laundry soap with oxy clean max force and dish soap otherwise nothing can clean my clothes. Its not my washer either cuz i got a top of the line washing machine its just what i get on my clothes
