Gain is okay but the smell is not as potent as it used to be. I can barely smell the Gain scent like back in the day. It seems like the company is cutting back on the ingredients because it is not as concentrated like it used to. I wash clothes today with Gain laundry detergent, beads, softener, and dryer sheets. The clothes did not smell like Gain signature smell.
I am an RN and always use Gain products when I wash my uniforms. They keep my uniforms clean, soft, and a light-pleasant smell. My co-workers often ask me what I use for my uniforms because I always smell nice. Nurses are not allowed to wear perfumes because of patient sensitivities, so it has to be my fabric softener they smell. Subtle and welcoming scents that keep my clothes soft and free of static electricity.
Where could you ever go wrong with gain?! I every item that gain created, it never fails me and it’s my go to. And always will be! These new sets of fabric softner takes me to heaven and I LOVE IT! Hands down! Continue to make me proud AND my clothes smelling good! You know it smells good when you make your own air freshener out of Gain Happy/Relax fabric softner 😌🤞🏽
The "Happy" scent is really nice - smells fresh with citrus and floral. The product does not leave a residue on clothing and is compatible with my front loading washing machine. It is a little pricey but the scent lasts a bit longer than less expensive brands.
This has a beautiful, fresh, and unique smell . I love gain products. i use their dish soap, laundry detergent, fabric softener , and Softener sheets. Gain is great quality!!
This scent is amazing. I use it in combination with the detergent, scent beads and dryer sheets in the same scent. Laundry smells amazing. The scent lasts quite a while and I do feel like this adds that extra touch of softness to my clothing.
I have been using Gain for years and the original was always my favorite. I tried the Happy detergent, fabric softener and dryer sheets and now the Happy is my favorite.
I've been using Island Fresh but can hardly find it anymore so decided to try this and I'm SO GLAD I did! I ❤ it! when you com bine the the fabric softner with the detergeant its twice as good! Definitely will be sticking with this! Hopefully it sticks around!
smells amazing! clothing did feel a bit oily\slippery after drying. I only added half of what ive always measured out with all softener I've ever used. not sure why this happened. maybe my downy ball failed, opened during last spin so the softener was spilled in only a few areas on clothing and wasn't diluted with water either. I've had this happened before with a different brand and it left oily splatters all over jeans.
I DO NOT recommend this scent if you’re looking for it to LAST. It’s very weak coming out of the dryer. You can barely smell it. I use ALL the stuff too …dent booster, pods, softener %26 sheets ALL THE SAME SCENT. Waste of money. Smell is barely there once dried. That’s why it’s only getting 4 stars!
