Gain Ultra Dishwashing Liquid, Original Scent, 56 fl oz, Powerful Grease Cleaner

When I was a kid my mother had me washing dishes all the time i mean everyday. The dishwashing liquid we used back then (50's and 60's) wasn"t nearly as exceptional as Gain. I love the way it smells and the way it gets your dishes so clean. You have an excellent dishwashing product. Keep up the good work.

A couple of years ago when I tried this dish soap I was in love! My second purchase was awful, it seemed like they watered down the dish solution where it contained no scrubbing or sitting power. I thought I would give it one more try and I'm glad I did, I think the see formula might be back! Look for the 50% more detergent power writing on the label. Now I am loving the great scent there once was! Let's hope they keep this formula on the shelves! Thank you for listening team Gain!!!

When gain dishwashing liquid came out, I didn't hestitate to buy it because I love gain detergent and liquid because I been using them both for so many years and I love that scent. I wash my dishes with gain dishwashing liquid and it gets my dishes so clean and I wouldn't use anything else.Gain is the best and I would recommend it to everyone. My daughter and I are sold on gain.

This dish soap helps get some much grim and food off the plates before putting them in the dishwasher. It does smell very nice and clean as well! This brand does typically have a higher price tag but there are a lot of grocery stores that have them on sale from time to time.

I stock up on these when there is a sale. The best dish soap I've ever used. Just noticed we're running low. Need some sales to pop up so I can stock pile more. #lovemygain

Not just plastic (as another said) - even metal. Have a small aluminum frying I use for eggs. Rinsed it thoroughly after washing. Heating it with butter, it still smelled of the detergent. No, I do NOT recommend. (They seem to be forcing a "Yes", regardless of input.)

ALL of my plastic food prep plates and storage containers have been inundated with the scent of this dish soap. It ruined a prime rib roast that I made for my husband's birthday dinner, because I had set the roast on a plastic plate that had been washed with this dish soap. Every bite tasted like Gain Original Scent!It is not cutting the grease as well as it used to, so I have to use more to get my dishes clean, and I am literally throwing out food and wasting money, and probably will have to replace most of my plastic containers if the smell doesn't wash out the next time I wash them using a different brand of soap.

I love your Gain detergent for clothes so I thought I would try the dish washing one too. BIG mistake. It doesn't cut grease like others do and it made my dish washing sponge stink. I never let my sponge sit I always air dry it and it ruined two of my sponges. I refuse to buy this again. I feel I wasted my money on this product and the brand new sponges it ruined too.

I picked up a bottle of Gain dish washing liquid by mistake. I thought I was getting Dawn. I noticed when I did the dishes, it took a LOT of soap to cut the grease. I looked at the label and found out I had bought Gain. It doesn't suds up or clean the dishes well. The smell is good, but it sticks to the dishes! I've never had that happen before. It makes food taste like the soap. I don't want my food to taste like soap. I want it to taste like food. Sorry Gain, this product is a huge FAIL.

Smell does not rinse off, even on metail. Have an aluminum pan, rinsed it thoroughly. Heating it with butter, it still smells of the detergent. I do NOT recommend!
