The watermelon smells really good, the dish soap is very sudsy for soaking dishes, and was easy to squeeze. At first I was confused about the dispenser. You just squeeze it! I think I will buy more of this scent while it is available. This soap makes me more enthusiastic about doing a mundane chore. Thank you. Oh, it does a good job too. 🙂

this isnt super sudsy as the blue berry scent they have. also once i started to use it i noticed it smells A LOT like ariel laundry powder soap. i actually like that scent so i'll take it. i havent had any issues so far and i wash dishes by hand mostly with no gloves on.

Looks like I have a new dish liquid. After being a long time dawn user, they changed.. Wasn't cutting grease and wasted fast. Tried this gain and right from the start the scent is wonderful, but most of all it cuts the grease and cleans dishes. I highly recommend!

Nice scent, not to strong smelling. Good on normal grease and sudsy enough for me. To many suds is a nuisance. Only issue might be it isn't as easy to get a dab or very small amount out without taking the lid off. The regular pullup top is better for that. So, I have another bottle with the other top as well.

Excellent scent! I was shocked to read the reviews and people were complaining about the scent. It's awesome! If you like watermelon you'll like this! Great price, cheaper than Dawn and works just as well.

I was kind of nervous buying this product, but it smells so good and I absolutely love it. I feel like it cleans my dishes really well and I will purchase it again.

I usually always like gain products especially the dish washing liquid. They work well and are affordable. But I wanted to write a review on this particular watermelon one because after I got Covid I’ve had the issue where everything smells disgusting to me and I just wanted to tell others that maybe have this same problem that this one actually smells good to me which is so rare I really miss things smelling pleasant to me I was always really big into smelly good things and life has so few things to enjoy and now they have even taken so many of our senses of smell away even the little things like that, but I was happy to enjoy this one.

Okay, Gain, let's talk. This Summer Watermelon dish soap? It's...fine. I mean, it cleans dishes. They're sparkly. The watermelon scent is vaguely summery, which is nice because, let's be real, I'm usually elbow-deep in suds dreaming of a beach vacation I'll never get. It's pink, which is a plus, because my kitchen needs all the joy it can get. But here's the thing, Gain. I hate doing dishes. Like, with a fiery passion. And while this soap makes the experience slightly less torturous, it doesn't magically make the dishes disappear. So, here's my proposal. You send me a lifetime supply of this stuff. Like, enough to fill my entire house with watermelon-scented bubbles. Then, maybe, just maybe, I'll stop complaining. Think about it, Gain. A lifetime supply. It's a small price to pay for my sanity (and maybe a good review that doesn't involve me fantasizing about running away to a tropical island to escape my dishpan hands). Five stars for now. But the real test? The lifetime supply. Make it happen, Gain. Make it happen.

I guess the scent is pleasant enough, at least all by itself, but it becomes an odd "really fake industrial chemical" scent as soon as it hits the dirty dishes. It's ... repulsive.

Doesn’t smell like watermelon. Smells like gain laundry soap, but definitely not watermelon. It’s a very strong scent as well. I’d recommend not leaving any dishes longer than a couple minutes in a bath of this stuff. I’ll use it because I bought it, but won’t be buying it again.
