[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galanz Convertible Freezer/Refrigerator is the best appliance I have ever owned. You can switch between a freezer or a refrigerator with just the touch of a button. We use it in our garage to hold our excess frozen food and blood plasma products for our hemophiliac dog. It has an electronic temperature control that lets you always know the temperature and allows you to change it to suit your needs. This is a lifesaver for us since it is no longer effective if my dog's blood plasma thaws. We trust this freezer more than the one in our kitchen, so we store our dog's blood products in it. One of the neat functions is that it is frost free. Frost will not form on your food or in the freezer. This is the product for you if you want a great quality, trustworthy freezer/refrigerator. I highly recommend this product.

I have it set up as a freezer since that is what my family needs... but it can be switched into a mode that will keep the refrigerator working as such. It just cannot be both. I've also not seen any frost on anything yet. This freezer lets you choose which way your door opens. It has 4 clear bins on the door, 4 clear glass shelves, nice lighting, electronic temp control, and a quick cooling option.

The stainless steel finish is beautiful and the interior has glass shelves that are adjustable. Its very spacy inside. The only problem is that it is a little noisy. But it works. My foid has stayed frozen as I'm using it for a freezer. I like that you can see the temperature. Thats a bonus

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this fridge/freezer. It is tall and narrow and easily converts from a refrigerator to a deep freezer. My current kitchen is tiny, it was clearly not made for someone who actually cooks. While it came with appliances, the space doesn't allow much cold storage, certainly not enough if you actually cook. This is the perfect size for a secondary cold storage. I was able to fit it into a small space in my garage that doesn't intrude on other storage or parking space. it actually holds a lot. Right now I am using it for freezer space and I love that it is upright and not a chest-- so much easier to dig through. It seems sturdy and it was easy for me to move into the space I wanted it. Easy to clean and has a great high end look.

It's a very sleek style that looks high quality. The shelves are thin but strong and can be moved effortlessly. I currently have only used this as a refrigerator. Its quiet and works great. I love that I do have the option to turn this to a freezer because my needs will switch up from time to time if I'm needing more things to be frozen or just refrigerated. With this being 11 cu I was actually really surprised at the amount of room this has on the inside. I am very impressed with Galanz and would absolutely recommend.

We don't have a huge garage so we needed a smaller profile freezer and this upright version is perfect for our needs. We can still pull our cars into the garage while also being able to access the freezer. It has a small footprint and works great in smaller spaces. It keeps all the spare food and desserts readily available and we don't have to plan our frozen good purchases as carefully as before. Win Win!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I could honestly say this has replaced my 2 old freezers, I love that it's tall and compact. The Galanz Convertible appliance is heavy but it has wheels for easy maneuver, i also easily leveled it in my garage by just adjusting the bottom level. I have decided to use the Convertible appliance as a freezer mainly because we prefer buying meat in bulk, and it's perfect! The freezer holds a lot more than what i had anticipated, it also allows you to adjust the level trays for your convenience. The seal is very strong, i have had no issues with the freezer icing up or burning my food. You can hear when the compressor kicks on if you're close, but we keep it in the garage so it's no issue. I made sure to wait 24 hours upon arrival to plug it in, the set up was so easy.

At Thanksgiving I desperately need additional refrigerator space for a fresh turkey, beverages, and food prepared in advance for the big day. Afterwards, We have all these wonderful leftovers. I set the temperature to 39 degrees and have Plenty of room for everything. At other times of the year I need additional freezer space. I no longer have to pass up good sales on food due to a lack of freezer space. With a simple adjustment of the digital control I can switch from fridge to freezer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The freezer has been working great, however it took a lot of work to get it functioning. I followed the directions to reverse the direction that the door opens and the mounting holes were in the wrong place. I had to do some grinding to allow full access to the holes that were partially covered by what appears to be a manufacturing defect. To get the door to close the bracket had to move farther than the homes would allow, so I had to enlarge the holes on the bracket in order for the door to close properly. If I didn't have a need for the door to be reversed it would have been a 5 star product.
